ANALYSIS
Advisory projects for our customers consist of five building blocks. During the analysis phase, all of the processes and influencing factors are defined and analyzed. We evaluate your influencing factors from sales and procurement markets, your competitors, and your compliance with statutory requirements, as well as your production networks, value streams, process maturity levels, inventory level, and cost structures. Based on our company benchmarks, our customers receive a detailed evaluation and description of existing optimization potentials. 02

IMPLEMENTATION
The project is realized and implemented on the basis of the approved concept. In addition to the agreed implementation activities, we also provide traditional project management for ultra-precise monitoring of the realization status. 04
TRAINING
Over the course of implementation, we are already beginning to prepare your employees for their new roles and activities. With intensive, process-oriented training, all process participants are given the skills they need to fulfill their new roles.
